What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Small and midsize businesses across the Denver metro area. A growing team that needs consistent IT ownership, better security, or help delivering a technology project is a good place to start.
Can you help with a one-time project?
Yes. Office networks, migrations, deployments, business-system integrations, and AI pilots can be scoped as individual projects. An ongoing support agreement is a separate decision.
Is support available 24/7?
At launch, work is scheduled by agreement. Ongoing support is offered only where agreed coverage can be provided. Support hours, response targets, and escalation arrangements are defined in each agreement. Around-the-clock help desk coverage is not a standard offering. After-hours project work may be arranged in advance.
How does pricing work?
After a fit conversation, you receive a written scope and quote. Assessments and projects have defined deliverables. Ongoing support is scoped to your users, devices, systems, and coverage needs. Software licenses and third-party costs are identified separately.
Where do you work?
Remote support and planned on-site work across the Denver metro area, including Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Arvada, Westminster, Centennial, and Littleton. Travel and on-site scope are agreed in advance.
